Pontoon Internal Floating Roof – Hybrid
The MGL Project’s Hybrid Stainless Steel/Aluminium Internal Floating Roof (IFR) was developed for products which may be corrosive to aluminium in the liquid phase. This Hybrid Skin & Pontoon type IFR is the same basic design as our Aluminium Skin & Pontoon IFR except that all submerged or partially submerged components are constructed of stainless steel. The beam and clamp grid, deck skin and all components above the skin are fabricated from aluminium to minimize weight and cost.
